Why do my tickets have someone else’s name on them?
viagogo allows third party sellers, including individuals, to sell tickets on its platform. In some instances the original purchaser's name may be printed on your tickets. If your tickets have someone else’s name on them, please contact our customer service team by visiting ‘My Account’ and contacting us against your order, or by sending an email to customerservice@orders.viagogo.com. In some instances, you may need to meet up directly with the seller of the ticket to gain access to the event.
