How do I arrange a courier collection?
Arranging a courier collection is only necessary for some delivery methods, such as UPS.

Only click on the "Ready to Ship" button when you are ready to ship them. Follow the steps to print the shipping label and select a collection date and address. Tickets can be collected from home or work addresses.

Once you have arranged a courier, it is not possible to amend or cancel it through our website. Please contact the delivery company (UPS are available on +44 (0)8457 877 877) to re-arrange the collection time.
